11-16-19 winnebago drug and alcohol coalition grant

The Winnebago County Drug and Alcohol Coalition has been awarded a five-year Drug-Free Communities Support Program grant.  The  $625,000 grant is awarded by  the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, in cooperation with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.  The purpose of the grant is to strengthen coalition capacity and to prevent youth and adult substance use through community engagement and  collaboration in Oshkosh.  Winnebago County is  one of 150 coalitions across […]

11-15-19 grain dryer fire-fdl county

11-15-19 bellinger beats yelich for national league mvp

NEW YORK (AP) — Los Angelas Dodgers slugger Cody Bellinger beat out the Milwaukee Brewers’ Christian Yelich for the NL MVP prize. Bellinger got 19 of 30 first-place votes, Yelich got 10, and Washington’s Anthony Rendon got one while finishing third.
