MILWAUKEE (AP) — Authorities say a monthslong investigation into a large deer poaching case in southwestern Wisconsin has resulted in the conviction of five men. Kohler Company says one of its engines division assembly lines is moving to Mississippi, affecting 90 workers. Kohler first announced last year it would permanently relocate one of its assembly lines for gas-powered engines and notified the state this week that will happen on January 12 next year. The Waupun Common Council has approved a 2020 budget. Economic Development director Kathy Schlieve says the $7.15 million budget includes a 3.25 percent increase in the tax levy.
