12-24-19 fdl salvation army red kettle campaign

The Fond du Lac Salvation Army is asking the community to make last minute donations to put the Red Kettle fundraising campaign over the top.    The campaign is closing in on it's $170,000 goal.   To help fill the kettles, West Shore Group, Osborn & Son Trucking, Rotary and The family of John Pelletier will match up to $40,000 of donations received to the Red Kettle Campaign  through December 24.  Salvation Army Social […]

12-23-19 fdl man injured in shooting incident at i-41 wayside in dodge county

A Fond du Lac man received  non life-threatening injuries during a shooting incident at a northbound Interstate 41 wayside in Dodge County.    The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened shortly after 7pm Sunday following a confrontation between a 22 year old Kaukauna man and a 28 year old Fond du Lac man.  The Fond du Lac man was shot in the abdomen and flown by helicopter to ThedaCare Medical Center in Neenah.

12-23-19 oneida teen arrested following high speed chase in fdl county

A teenage girl from Oneida was arrested following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac County.   The chase started shortly before 3am Sunday when a Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputy attempted to stop a vehicle speeding more than 90 miles an hour on Interstate 41 at Townline Road.  The vehicle continued  southbound reaching speeds of 128 M.P.H. The chase ended near Lost Arrow Road when the suspect’s vehicle ran over stop sticks placed on the […]
