U.S. Rep. Ron Kind has sided with fellow Democrats to vote on impeaching Republican President Donald Trump. Kind had not said how he would vote prior to actually doing it Wednesday. Wisconsin's two other Democrats voted to impeach, while all four Republicans voted against. Kind represents a western Wisconsin district that Trump won in 2016 by 4 points. But the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau finds in a report Wednesday that some plans have relatively little information about how to handle certain situations.
