Bail was set at a half million dollars cash for a  former Ripon man facing multiple charges of possession of child pornography and child sexual exploitation.  Twenty one year old  Talin C. U.S. Rep. Ron Kind has sided with fellow Democrats to vote on impeaching Republican President Donald Trump. Kind had not said how he would vote prior to actually doing it Wednesday. Wisconsin's two other Democrats voted to impeach, while all four Republicans voted against. Kind represents a western Wisconsin district that Trump won in 2016 by 4 points.
