1-14-20 another potential major snowstorm tracking toward wisconsin

National Weather Service meteorologists are closely watching another storm system that could end up dumping several inches of snow later this week in Wisconsin.   Meteorologist Paul Collar says the still developing system has the potential to bring heavy snow to the Badger state as we head into the weekend.  Collar says the storm system is still offshore, more than a thousand miles away so things could still change between now and Friday.

Hay tainted by a toxic beetle is blamed for the deaths of 14 horses and illnesses to dozens of others on a Wisconsin ranch. Carolyn Stanford Taylor was appointed to the position in January 2019 after Tony Evers left the job to become governor. 1-14-20 nobody injured in dryer fire in fdl

Nobody was injured in a dryer fire at a Fond du Lac apartment complex.  Firefighters were called to the scene at 27 Fountain Circle Monday afternoon and quickly extinguished the fire but not before it had extended into the wall.  Division Chief of Fire Prevention Troy Haase says the fire started in a dryer in the first floor apartment  unit.  A resident in the apartment was displaced because of smoke damage caused […]
