MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Absentee ballot requests for Wisconsin’s April 7 presidential primary have hit record territory, with local clerks processing more requests than at any point in state history for a spring election. Total processed absentee requests topped 315,000, shattering the previous record for a spring election of 249,000 in 2016.  Also on Thursday,  Milwaukee-based Harley Davidson announced it was temporarily closing two manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin and one in Pennsylvania after one of its employees in suburban Milwaukee tested positive for the virus. The number of cases in Wisconsin grew from 106 to 155 spread over 21 counties, up from 14 the day before.
