MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new report shows outside groups are spending more to support liberal state Supreme Court challenger Jill Karofsky than incumbent Justice Dan Kelly. Government watchdog group Wisconsin Democracy Campaign released an analysis Tuesday that shows four  groups have spent about $684,000 to support Karofsky.
