Gov. Tony Evers has signed into law a measure making sexually abusing an animal in Wisconsin a felony. Evers signed more than 60 bills and vetoed two others on Tuesday. MILWAUKEE (AP) — Democrats are attacking conservative state Supreme Court Justice Dan Kelly for holding a campaign fundraiser at a gun range a day after a mass shooting in Milwaukee.
