5-15-20 evers approves dhs statement of scope, beginning administrative rule process

MADISON — Following the Supreme Court of Wisconsin's ruling striking down Wisconsin's Safer at Home order, Gov. Tony Evers today approved a statement of scope developed by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) beginning the administrative rule making process to enact protections for Wisconsinites during the COVID-19 pandemic.
