6-9-20 fdl street closure

The Fond du Lac Public Works Department says a portion of  Peters Avenue will  be closed Tuesday.   Peters Avenue  from Forest Avenue and Bragg Street will be closed Tuesday, June 9.  The closure will be in place to allow crews to make repairs to the sanitary sewer in  this block. The street is scheduled to re-open to traffic at the end of the day.

6-8-20 fdl garage fire

Nobody was injured in a garage fire in Fond du Lac.    At 9pm Sunday firefighters were called to  475 S. Military Road to find a small fire smoldering in the detached garage of the residence.   The fire caused a minimal amount of damage to contents stored in the garage and the fire generated a large amount of smoke throughout the garage.  There was no structural damage.   The cause of the […]

6-8-20 percentage of positive covid-19 cases in wisconsin continues to decline

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The percentage of positive COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin continues to decline. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported Friday that 3% of all test results were positive. That continues a downward trend over the past two weeks.
