A new Marquette Law School poll shows most Wisconsin residents plan to vote in person in the November election.   The Marquette Law School poll shows 46 percent plan to vote at the polls, while 35 percent say they plan to vote absentee by mail.   The poll found that Joe Biden led Donald Trump 81-percent to 14-percent among people who said they were going to vote by absentee ballot, while 67 percent of people who said they would vote at the polls would cast their ballot for Trump.  Poll director Charles Franklin says Democrats are far more likely to vote by mail and republicans to vote in-person.
