8-20-20 convention bounce

A retired Ripon College political scientist says it remains to be seen what type of a bounce in the polls Joe Biden gets from an all-virtual Democratic National Convention this week.  Marty Farrell says the bottom line is we don’t really know because this is unchartered territory.   And Farrell says often that convention bump has not lasted anyway.  “It’s referred to by many analysts as kind of a sugar high.”
