What should you look for in a hand sanitizer?  When picking a hand sanitizer, opt for one that contains mostly alcohol and has few other ingredients.    Fond du Lac County Health Department Environmental Health supervisor Danielle Vollendorf says the CDC says hand sanitizers should be at least 60 percent alcohol.  Vollendorf says use hand sanitizer only when you can’t wash your hands with soap and water.

9-16-20 fatal car vs ambulance crash in fdl

One person was killed and one person received life-threatening injuries in a crash Tuesday morning involving a car and an ambulance.  The State Patrol says a passenger in the car, a 21 year old Fond du Lac man, was killed in the crash.  The driver, a 28 year old Theresa man, received life-threatening injuries.   The patient being transported to the hospital and  two firefighter/paramedics in the ambulance received minor injuries.  […]
