10-13-20 record number of positive covid-19 cases recorded over the weekend in fdl county

The Fond du Lac County Health Department is reporting a record number of COVID-19 cases over this past weekend, and another COVID death.   Public Health Officer Kim Mueller tells WFDL news since Friday afternoon there were 280 new positive COVID cases.  There are now 3,054 total cases in the county.  There are now 15 COVID-19 deaths with one new death reported .   Mueller says the victim is an 85 year old […]

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge has upheld Gov. Tony Evers’ mask mandate in the face of a conservative challenge. St. Croix County Circuit Judge R. 10-13-20 new marquette law school poll shows overwhelming majority of state residents support mask order

A new Marquette Law School poll says most Wisconsin residents support the statewide mask order.     According to the poll, 72 percent agree that masks should be required in public places.  "Those majorities are holding over every region of the state,"  poll director Charles Franklin told AM 1170s Between the Lines program.  Meanwhile, 27 percent say they are very worried about being ill from the coronavirus, up from 21 percent in September.  […]
