Preliminary findings from a market feasibility study indicate there appears to be a market for a restaurant and amphitheater at Fond du Lac’s Lakeside Park.   Public  Works director Jordan Skiff told WFDL news the consultant has been pretty encouraging that there seems to be a market for those items.  Skiff says the consultant also cautions that how a restaurant agreement is structured, and how an amphitheater is managed makes all the difference.  […]
