11-3-20 voting electioneering

todayNovember 3, 2020

The Fond  du Lac County Clerk says voters can wear clothing items and facemasks with political names or logos, but must leave the polling place immediately after voting.   Clerk Lisa Freiberg says people working at the polls or election observers are not allowed to advertise for a particular political candidate, but a voter who is waiting in line to vote can have a facemask, for example, with a candidate’s name on it.  But Freiberg says once you have voted state law says you must leave the polling location immediately.   And she says people will not be allowed to disrupt the voting process.
