Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam is now scheduling appointments for individuals aged 65 and older after the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) announced they will be eligible beginning Monday, Jan. 25.
Those 65 and older who would like to schedule their COVID-19 vaccine at Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam should call 1-855-908-5029 between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. There has already been a significant demand for the vaccine in Dodge County, and the community is asked to be patient as more people continue to be vaccinated over the next weeks and months. “I’m excited to see the community’s desire for the COVID vaccine and believe that this is a step toward our community finding our new normal in a post-COVID world,” said Angelia Foster, Chief Administrative Officer for Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam. “It may take some time, but we look forward to providing the vaccine to whomever wants it, as quickly as supplies allow. Our team has done a tremendous job preparing, and we hope that the supply of vaccine can keep up with the wonderful demand for our community. We ask
for patience as we move through this process and look forward to serving our community in this most important endeavor.”
As more groups become eligible for the vaccine, Marshfield Medical Center-Beaver Dam will release further information on how they can be scheduled.
