2-3-21 grothman visits u.s.-mexico border wall

Republican congressman Glenn Grothman says president Biden’s decision to halt construction on the U.S.-Mexico border wall will undo progress made to make the border safer for Americans and immigrants.   Grothman returned this week after a trip to the border wall with a group of nine Republican congressmen.  Grothman says not completing the wall will make it easier for undocumented immigrants to cross the border and says gangs are capitalizing on public statements by the president regarding immigration.  Grothman says now that construction on the wall is halted he expects the number of undocumented immigrants crossing the border to increase.
