MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A former Wisconsin pharmacist has pleaded guilty in federal court to charges that he tried to spoil dozens of vials of COVID-19 vaccine. 2-9-21 fatal crash-dodge county

One person was killed and one person received life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Dodge County.   The crash happened Monday on state Highway 33 near County Highway A in the town of Fox Lake.  The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says a truck-tractor trailer jackknifed, traveling over the centerline of Highway 33 and was struck by a Mack truck.
