2-23-21 homicide charges filed in death of fdl man

Homicide charges have been filed in connection with the death of a Fond du Lac man who died from a gunshot wound to his leg earlier this month.  Attorney General Josh Kaul says Dennell Logan has been charged with first degree intentional homicide in the February 5 shooting of David Posey.  Logan also faces charges of felon in passion of a firearm and possession of THC as a repeater.  Charges were also filed against Callie Bender […]

2-23-21 uw-platteville to build state’s biggest solar array

PLATTEVILLE, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is going all-in on solar, with plans to install five acres of panels that would become the largest state-owned solar array in Wisconsin. The project will supply campus with about 17% of its annual electricity and save the school $217,000 a year.  The project will make the university the sixth-highest on-site producer of renewable energy among universities nationwide.
