3-15-21 oakfield school district names new superintendent

A principal in the Waterford School District has been selected as the new Oakfield School District superintendent.  Tracey Conners will replace Vance Dalzin who is retiring at the end of the school year.  Conners is the principal of an elementary school with 29 years of educational experience, including 25 years in the West Bend School District.

Law enforcement has taken a man into custody that created a stir in the village of  Lomira.   Schools and several businesses were placed in lockdown as police searched for an individual Friday afternoon.  No word on what the subject was wanted for.   The subject was found hiding in a dumpster.

3-13-21 oshkosh man charged in rash of storage unit break-ins in fdl county

An Oshkosh man has been charged in connection with a rash of storage unit burglaries in Fond du Lac County.  Thirty four year old Kevin Brown faces 31 counts including conspiracy to commit burglary,  and receiving stolen property.  According to a criminal complaint, Brown and other accomplices broke into storage units in Dodge, Fond du lac and Winnebago counties.  According to the complaint some of the items were sold for cash, and other items […]
