MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Tony Evers has signed a bipartisan bill that makes it easier for emergency responders suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder to file worker's compensation claims. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Attorney General Josh Kaul has launched an investigation into clergy sexual assault across Wisconsin's five Catholic dioceses.
