Republican congressman Glenn Grothman says there is a crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border  and it continues to escalate.  Grothman returned to Wisconsin this week following a trip to El Paso, Texas and the southern border with the House Committee on Oversight and Reform.  Grothman says the current policy encourages human smugglers to profit placing migrant families and unaccompanied children at risk.
