5-28-21 former schreiner’s restaurant to become kwik trip

Plans are in the works to convert a former iconic Fond du Lac restaurant building into a gas station/convenience store.  Kwik Trip has purchased the former Schreiner’s Restaurant property near Interstate 41.  Construction is expected to begin after improvements are completed on North Pioneer Road and County Highway VV.    This would be the seventh Kwik Trip in FDL.

5-28-21 nobody seriously injured in fdl rollover crash

Nobody was seriously injured in a one vehicle rollover crash in Fond du lac.  The crash happened shortly after 4:30pm Wednesday near the intersection of  West Scott and Hickory Streets.   The driver was cited for reckless driving,  operating with a suspended license  and driving without insurance.
