MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee's police commission says it will reinstate ousted Chief Alfonso Morales next week. Morales retired in August after the commission demoted him following turmoil over racial justice protests and complaints of distrust within the department. Morales sued for damages. The Fond du Lac Police Department has announced several promotions.  Lieutenant Anthony Hahn has been promoted to captain, and school resource officers Michael Gales and Steve Olson have been promoted to lieutenant.  Hahn has been a member of the Department since 2001, Gales has been with the Department since 2014 and Olson started in 1999.
