The North Fond du Lac School Board has appointed two new members to fill vacancies on the board. At a special meeting Tuesday night the board interviewed 14 candidates and selected Jonathan Goeckerman and Terry Jaeger to fill the open seats. The Fond du Lac County Board has approved bonuses for 911 Communication Center workers. The board has approved a resolution designating American Rescue Plan Act funds to provide a $1,000 quarterly bonus payment to full-time dispatchers, dispatch supervisors and the administrative dispatcher. County executive Al Buechel says the bonuses will help in the area of recruitment and retention.
Former Fond du Lac Public Works director Jordan Skiff is no longer the Plymouth city administrator. The Fond du Lac County Board got it's first look at a proposed 2021-22 budget. County executive Al Buechel presented the proposed budget at Tuesday night's board meeting. Buechel says one of the big ticket items in the budget is reconstruction of Pioneer Road in the area of West Johnson Street.
