The Fond du Lac County Health Department is holding another COVID-19 booster drive through clinic. Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the vaccine clinic will be held Friday at the Fairgrounds Cow Palace. Mueller says Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson and Johnson booster vaccines will be provided to eligible individuals. No insurance, appointment or ID is required although Mueller says you can register ahead of time of you wish through a link on the Health Department website. The clinic will be held Friday from 8am to 4pm.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
