11-19-21 fdl man sentenced in shooting death across street from press box tavern

One of two men convicted in the shooting death of a Fond du Lac man across the street from the Press Box Tavern more than four years ago has been sentenced to prison.  Fond du Lac judge Andrew Christenson sentenced  27 year old Jesse Schultz  to 32 years in prison in the shooting death of  Logan Foster.  Schultz earlier pleaded guilty to first-degree reckless homicide.    Twenty six year old Devon Neuman was earlier convicted of first […]

11-19-21 wi unemployment rate down

Wisconsin's unemployment rate was down slightly in October.  The state Department of  Workforce Development says the October unemployment rate was 3.2 percent, down two tenths of a percent from September.  Wisconsin's total non-farm jobs decreased by 1,000 in October , while private sector jobs increased by 2,000.
