Two people were seriously injured in a two vheicle crash in Green Lake County. The crash happened Monday on County Highway F east of County Highway D in the Town of Seneca. According to the Green Lake County Sheriffs Office an eastbound car on County Highway F crossed the centerline striking a westbound vehicle. One driver was flown by helicopter to Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah and the other driver was transported by ambulance to an area hospital.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
