12-15-21 car vs. pedestrian crash in fdl

A Fond du Lac man was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle.  The incident happened about 5pm Monday at the intersection of West Johnson Street and Pioneer Road.  A 66 year old Fond du Lac man was crossing the street when he was struck by a car making a turn.  The man was flown by helicopter to ThedaCare Medical Center in Neenah.  The driver was cited for Failure to Yield to a pedestrian.

Two people were seriously injured in a two vheicle crash in Green Lake County.  The crash happened Monday on County Highway F east of County Highway D in the Town of Seneca.  According to the Green Lake County Sheriffs Office an eastbound car on County Highway F  crossed the centerline striking a westbound  vehicle.   One driver was flown by helicopter to Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah and the other driver was transported by […]

12-15-21 ripon man charged with child sex assault

A Ripon man accused of sexually assaulting two girls has been been bound over for trial.    Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing for 39 nine year old Brian Martinez on charges of  First and Second Degree Child Sex Assault as a repeater. Martinez is accused of sexually assaulting two girls ages 11 and 14 last summer. If convicted the charges carry a maximum sentence of 100 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.   Martinez […]
