1-4-22 two people injured in rear-end collision in fdl county

Inattentive driving is being blamed for a two vehicle crash in Fond du Lac County that sent two people the hospital with minor injuries.  The crash happened shortly after 6:30am Monday on Highway 26 north of Griffith Road in the town of Rosendale.  An investigation showed that a northbound vehicle was making a left turn into a driveway  on Highway 26 when it was struck from behind by another vehicle.   The driver of the turning vehicle, a 31 year old West Bend man, and the operator of the striking vehicle, a 22-year-old Rosendale woman were transported to St. Agnes Hospital with minor injuries. The operator of the striking vehicle was cited for inattentive driving.
