2-15-22 covid-19 cases continue to plummet in fdl county, three more deaths reported

With concerns about unsafe ice conditions in certain areas on Lake Winnebago heading into the sturgeon spearing season  there were no major problems reported during the opening weekend.   Fond du Lac County Sheriff's captain Bill Tadych says there were a couple reporrts of vehicles breaking through the ice in our area, but no injuries. 2-15-22 reeseville man going to prison for child sexual assault

A Reeseville man is going to prison for sexually assaulting a child.  Dodge County Circuit judge Martin De Vries sentenced 48 year old Marcus Statz  eight years in prison followed by 8 years of extended supervision. Statz was convicted of sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl while he was working as a farm hand at a farm in the town of Emmet.
