Seven more COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Fond du Lac County. The deaths include four men and three women ranging in age from 59 to 82. There have now been 220 COVID-19 deaths in Fond du Lac County since the beginning of the pandemic. There are four people hospitalized in Fond du Lac County. The Public Health Department says none of the people who are hospitalized are vaccinated.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
