MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Gruyere from Switzerland has been named the world’s best cheese for the second consecutive time in the World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin. The cheese from Bern, Switzerland, made its maker, Michael Spycher of Mountain Dairy Fritzenhaus, a three-time winner. Spycher also won in 2020 and 2008. The cheese is called Gourmino Le Gruyère AOP. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge has ruled that Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman denied or delayed access to requested public records related to the investigation into the 2020 presidential election. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new poll from the Marquette University Law School shows Republican confidence in the 2020 election results is rising slightly. The law school queried 802 registered voters in Wisconsin by phone during the last week in February. 3-3-22 positive covid-19 cases continue to decline, deaths increase

Seven more deaths from COVID-19 have been reported in Fond du Lac.  The deaths include four men and three women ranging in age from 50 to 98.   There have been 213 COVID-19 deaths in the County since the beginning of the pandemic.   The total number of confirmed cases has topped 29,000 with eleven new cases on Wednesday.
