4-22-22 fox lake man missing after canoe capsizes on fox lake

Rescue personnel a searching for a man after a canoe capsized on Fox Lake.  The Dodge County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call shortly before 12:30pm Thursday  that a canoe had capsized and two people were yelling for help near the north shore of the lake.  A rural Fox Lake woman was rescued and transported  to an area hospital for treatment.  A search was ongoing for a rural Fox Lake man.  The Sheriff's […]

4-21-21 little change in local unemployment rate

There was little or no change in the local unemployment rate last month.  The Dodge County unemployment rate was down a tenth of a percent in March to 2.9 percent.    In Fond du Lac  County  the jobless rate was unchanged at 2.8 percent.   The city of Fond du Lac's unemployment rate in March was 2.5 percent, up from 2.4 percent the month before.
