5-6 Final part of Highway 23 road work begins Monday

Construction begins Monday on a 14-mile stretch of State Highway 23 from Seven Hills Drive in Fond du Lac County to Sheboygan County Highway P in the Town of Plymouth. It is the last stretch of the 19-mile project that expanded the divided-highway to 4 lanes and realigned it. Highway 23 will remain open to traffic throughout construction. The work should be finished by the end of July.

5-6 Project G.R.I.L.L.

The unveiling for the 14th Annual Project Grill will be held at Festival Foods in Fond du Lac today. Students from six area high schools will show off the grills they designed and manufactured. The program partners those students with area manufacturers, and the end result are working grills that will be unveiled between 11 am and 1 pm.
