5-28-22 new fdl memorial day parade route

The Fond du Lac Memorial Day Parade has a new route.  The parade will follow the same route as the Christmas and St. Patrick's Day parades starting at Rees and North Main Streets south to Veterans Park.   A Memorial Day ceremony will be held at Veterans Park.   The city says it is going to one uniformed parade route for the safety of participants and viewers.

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office is joining law enforcement agencies across the country reminding drivers to buckle up when they get behind the wheel.  The Sheriff's Office is participating in the Click It or Ticket campaign through June 5.  Fond du Lac County Sheriff's captain Bill Tadych says thousands of lives could be saved each year if people wore their seatbelt.  About 88 percent of Wisconsin motorists wear seatbelts.  […]
