5-24-22 covid-19 testing moving to fdl county fairgrounds

COVID-19 testing is moving from Ripon to Fond du Lac.  This  Tuesday,  May 24th,  will be the final day for COVID-19 testing at Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon.  The site will be open from 10:00am-4:00pm.   On Tuesday May 31st, testing will move to the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds.     All fairgrounds testing (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) will be drive-thru and held from 8:00am-4:30pm.  No testing will take place on Monday May […]

One person received minor injuries after a drive-by shooting in Fond du Lac County.  The incident happened shortly after 10:30pm Sunday  in the area of Cemetery Road  and Lakeshore Drive.  A caller reported someone in a vehicle fired several rounds striking one  individual.  Deputies  found  a 37 year old Fond du Lac woman with a gunshot wound to her leg.  She was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.  The suspect was […]

5-23-22 longtime fdl high school baseball coach retiring

Longtime Fond du Lac High School varsity baseball coach Marty Paulsen is retiring.  Paulson has announced he is retiring at the end of this season.  Paulsen is one of the most successful high school baseball coaches in the state of Wisconsin.  Since 1969, Paulsen's teams have won over 600 games.  Last year  Paulsen became the third high school coach ever from Wisconsin to make the  American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame.  […]

5-23-22 serious injury motorcycle crash in fdl county
