8-22-22 hickory street closed in fdl starting monday

The Fond du Lac Public Works Department says an intersection will be closed next week.  Hickory Street between Forest Avenue and Western Avenue will be closed Monday, and remain closed until the end of day Friday, August 26.  The closure will be in place to allow the water utility to replace and restore a lead water service on S. Hickory Street.

NORWICH, England (AP) — Milwaukee Brewers principal owner Mark Attanasio is set to join the board of directors at English soccer club Norwich. The club says it called a shareholder meeting on Sept. 12 with a resolution to appoint Attanasio as a director. He was first linked in May with the club. The latest Marquette Law School Poll shows Democrats leading in races for Wisconsin governor and U.S. Senate.  The poll shows Democrat Mandela Barnes in front of Republican U.S. senator Ron Johnson 51-percent to 44-percent.  Poll director Charles Franklin says a June poll showed Barnes up by only two points, within the poll's margin of error.   The poll shows a tight race for governor with Democrat incumbent Tony Evers in front of Republican […]

8-20-22 fdl back to school supply drive needs monetary donations

Every summer Fond du Lac families participate in a back to school supply give away.  But volunteer Beth Robbins says this year hundreds of more kids have signed up and there is a need for more supplies and specifically for monetary donations. 8-20-22 missing toddler found safe in fdl county

A missing toddler in Fond du Lac County has been found safe.  Shortly after 1:30pm Friday the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Office received a report of a missing two and a half year old girl on Wagner Road.  The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office along with Mt.
