The surprising New York Jets are seeking their first 4-2 start since 2015 as they prepare to visit the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are attempting to bounce back after squandering a 14-point lead in a 27-22 loss to the New York Giants at London. The Packers have never lost consecutive regular-season games within the same season since Matt LaFleur’s arrival as coach in 2019. The Packers are 18-1 in quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ past 19 home starts against AFC teams. That includes a 27-24 overtime victory over the New England Patriots this season.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
