11-10-22 fdl city council approves budget

The Fond du Lac city council has approved a budget that includes a decrease in the tax rate.  Fond du Lac city manager Joe Moore says the biggest capital improvement in the budget is  what's called a bio-solids dryer at the wastewater treatment plant.  Other major projects include a new pump station, a bridge connecting Lakeside Park to Lakeside Park West,  and street projects.
