12-16-22 city of fdl election audit shows votes counted accurately

The Fond du Lac city clerk says a recently completed audit shows that votes were counted accurately in the November election.  The audit was completed on voting machines in wards 4 and 10 in the city of Fond du Lac.  City Clerk Maggie Hefter says the audit provides an additional way to ensure the machines worked properly and the election was conducted accurately.  The audit was randomly selected by the Wisconsin Elections Commission, and was open to the public.
