The third annual RAWK4VETS concert was held Saturday at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Rec Center.   RAWK4VETS (formerly known as Fire For Effect) originated in 2020 as a two-day heavy metal music festival dedicated to helping local veterans.  This year, proceeds from this event will go to Salute the Troops to raise awareness and provide assistance as it relates to veteran suicide.

The Cathedral Church of Saint Paul in Fond du Lac is hosting a Community Worship Service celebrating  Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. this weekend.  The celebration will be held at 2pm Sunday, on MLK's birthday.   Representatives from churches throughout Fond du Lac will be participating in this ecumenical worship service.  The sermon is being given by Rev.
