MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The city of Luck, Wisconsin, is living up to its namesake. Someone bought a $15.1 million Megabucks-winning ticket at Wayne's Food Plus grocery store in the northwestern Wisconsin city. The winning numbers were 4-6-12-17-27-28. MILWAUKEE (AP) — Firefighters in Milwaukee have discovered a body in a burned home. The Journal Sentinel reports that firefighters were called to the home around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday for a report of smoke coming from the building. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin woman accused of repeatedly poisoning her veterinarian husband with animal euthanasia drugs has been charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide. Fifty-year-old Amanda Chapin of Monroe was charged Dec. 28. Authorities say she poisoned her 70-year-old husband, Gary Chapin, three times during July and August.
