Waupun attorney Todd Snow has been elected to a municipal judge position in Beaver Dam.  Snow defeated Beaver Dam attorney Maryann Schact in Tuesday's election.   The multi-jurisdictional court  handles municipal matters and traffic citations for Beaver Dam, Mayville and Waupun.
