6-9-23 fire damages popular fdl bar and restaurant

Improperly discarded smoking materials are blamed for an early morning fire at a popular Fond du Lac restaurant.  Shortly after 1am Friday firefighters were called to a report of smoke and flames on an outside  wall at Fat Joe’s bar and Restaurant.    Upon arrival, firefighters  found smoke coming from the inside of a wall on the rear of the building.   The fire was quickly extinguished and firefighters  overhauled  the area behind the siding before […]
