The City of Fond du Lac, in partnership with MSA, would like community feedback on the design of the new bridge that will replace the Promen Drive arch bridge in Lakeside
Park. Construction is currently planned for 2025. The public involvement meeting will be Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Lakeside Park Pavilion, 71 Promen Drive. The Consultant will provide a brief presentation at 5:15 PM. The City looks forward to hearing from the community.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
