8-14-23 fire damages fdl restaurant

Nobody was injured in a fire that damaged a Fond du Lac restaurant.  Shortly before 6:30pm Friday firefighters were called to a report of smoke in the basement and smoke detectors sounding at Boda’s Restaurant on East Pioneer Road. 8-14-23 fdl man arrested on outstanding warrant in downtown fdl

A Fond du Lac man wanted on an arrest warrant for illegal drugs was arrested in downtown Fond du Lac.   Shortly after 9:30am Friday the man was spotted by police riding a bicycle on South Main Street just north of Western Avenue.   Several squad cars blocked off a portion of South Main Street and the suspect was taken into custody.
