The state Department of Corrections continues to investigate the death of a 30 year old inmate at Waupun Correctional Institution. The DOC says the cause of Tyshun Lemons' death is still under investigation by the Dodge County Medical Examiner's Office. Lemons was serving a 16 year prison sentence for armed robbery.
