2-9-24 no serious injuries in 3 vehicle crash in fdl county

There were no serious injuries in a three vehicle crash on Highway 23 in Fond du Lac County.  The crash happened shortly after 6:30am Thursday on Highway 23 and County Highway I east of the city of Fond du Lac.   One person received minor injuries.

2-8-24 daughter of waupun prison inmate who died in solitary files federal lawsuit against prison officials

MILWAUKEE (AP) — The daughter of a Wisconsin inmate who killed himself in solitary confinement has filed a federal lawsuit against state prison officials, alleging they failed to provide adequate mental health care and medications.  Dean Hoffmann was found dead in his cell at Waupun Correctional Institution in June on the ninth day of a stint in solitary confinement. 2-8-24 universities of wisconsin system launches website for online courses

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Universities of Wisconsin have launched a new website listing all online courses available across the system’s 13 campuses, system officials announced Wednesday.  The website, online.wisconsin.edu, lists more than 200 online programs, including courses in 10 associate, 99 bachelor and 95 master programs.
